Our construction law practice is forged from a unique combination of courtroom and jobsite experience. Jeff spent every summer of his young life working for his father’s construction company before going to law school and founding the Firm. That hands-on experience has given Jeff an edge in this area of practice and an understanding of the sorts of unique challenges faced by the construction industry.

Some legal issues can be foreseen and fortified against while some require a the prosecution or defense of a civil lawsuit. Our firm has the skill, knowledge, and grit necessary to fight and win those battles that can only be won in court.
